Athena-POOL integration

The BNL group has taken on the task of integrating POOL into Athena,
the ATLAS offline software framework. This integration will enable
ATLAS users to write selected contents of the ATLAS event store into
POOL and read them back in a later job.
A sometimes up-to-date descption of the project status.
A attempt to define and track major milestones that can be used
to track progress of the project.
A more detailed lists of intermediate tasks. Mostly for internal use.
A brief description of the design with a list of components (classes)
and their assignments to packages (CVS modules).
POOL integration packages checked out from CVS on April 9, 2003
or later.
Talks describing the project.
Description of
an experimental BNL release that can be used for develpment and testing of
POOL integration software.
