Issues in 14.2.0 development

Issues were last reported for 14.2.0.1.
Issues are next reported for 14.2.10.1.

1. Dataset mu_E100GeV_080716_GEO-02-00-00.2Kevents.AOD has efficiency problems in combined, spectrometer-tagged and calo-tagged reconstruction.
Hit distributions look fine: see E=100 muons
Most likely this is explained by the truth impact parameter distribution: most muons are around 10-20 cm.
