Muon digit container status

The present design is summarized at http://www.usatlas.bnl.gov/~dladams/mudigi

The following design chices have been proposed.
We need to agree on these or otherwise resolve these issues.

• User interface
• Persistent storage

Prerequisites

• Ratify the above choices (possibly after modification)
• Implement the digit and module identifiers
• Complete digit classes or at least freeze the relevant part of their interface
• Complete IdentifiableContainer

Plan of action

• Identify the classes
• Implement classes for one technology, MDT
  • Module subcontainer
  • Technology container
  • Converters (in and out) for one StoreGate persistency (objectivity or root)
  • Input converter for zebra
  • Input converter for raw data
  • Output converter for raw data
• Repeat for the other technologies
• Add indexing
