Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any of those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• SpreadSheetPlugin (any TWiki, 15269): Add spreadsheet calculation like "$SUM( $ABOVE() )" to TWiki tables and other topic text
• CalendarPlugin (Dakar, 9113): Show a monthly calendar with highlighted events
• CommentPlugin (TWiki-4, $Rev: 14736 (05 Sep 2007) $): Allows users to quickly post comments to a page without an edit/preview/save cycle
• EditTablePlugin (any TWiki, 11646): Edit TWiki tables using edit fields, date pickers and drop down boxes
• FileListPlugin (0.8, 12285): Displays a formattable list of topic attachments, anywhere in a topic.
• InterwikiPlugin (Dakar, $Rev: 11935$): Link ExternalSite:Page text to external sites based on aliases defined in a rules topic
• PreferencesPlugin (Dakar, 9839): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• RenderListPlugin (any TWiki, $Rev: 15095 (30 Sep 2007) $): Render bullet lists in a variety of formats
• SlideShowPlugin (Any TWiki, $Rev: 15091 (30 Sep 2007) $): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings.
• SmiliesPlugin (Dakar, 8154): Render smilies as icons, like for  :-) or for = :eek:=
• TablePlugin (TWiki, $Rev: 15180 (18 Oct 2007) $): Control attributes of tables and sorting of table columns
• TwistyPlugin (1.4.5, $Rev: 15190 (07 Oct 2007) $): Twisty section JavaScript library to open/close content dynamically
• WebPermissionsPlugin (1.120, $Rev: 14788 (08 Sep 2007) $): View and edit web permissions
• WysiwygPlugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 15536 (08 Nov 2007) $): Translator framework for Wysiwyg editors

Administrators can enable and disable plugins using configure.
