How to report problems

• All U.S. ATLAS Tier I specific problems should be reported from the Problem Reporting page. This page contains instructions on reporting grid problems or hardware/software problems, with and without a U.S. ATLAS account.
• The ATLAS software questions (and bugs) can be submitted at Savannah Bug Tracking System and/or ATLAS Hypernews forums
• The problems with CERN ATLAS Linux farm can be reported to ATLAS support mailing list and ATLAS Software Infrastructure Team (SIT)
• The concerns about ATLAS CVS repository at CERN (such as stale locks, commit permissions) should be addressed to ATLAS CVS Managers
• The Tag Collector problems can be reported to Tag Collector Team. The requests for tag approval for locked releases should be sent to ATLAS Release Managers

ATLAS Hypernews forums and mailing lists

• ATLAS Hypernews forums
• ATLAS mailing lists are largely replaced by Hypernews forums. The remaining ones are managed by SIMBA2 tool. An access is provided only users with CERN NICE passwords
