port ranges:
20000-20999 class 2 (200Mbps)
21000-21500 EF (400Mbps)
21501-22000 best effort for BNL due to firewall.
For UM, any port <20000 and >21500 best effort.

MPLS tunnel from BNL to UM set up with OSCARS.
130.199.185.4 to 192.84.86.22 50GB bbcp transfer to ports 21000-21500 disk-to-disk at 400Mbps (EF).
130.199.185.4 to 192.84.86.22 iperf to port 21800 for background traffic simulation (best effort).
130.199.185.5 to 192.84.86.19 50GB bbcp transfer to ports 20000-20999 disk-to-disk at 200Mbps (C2).
130.199.185.4 to 192.84.86.22 iperf to port 21800 for background traffic simulation (best effort).
Background (iperf) running continuously.
Transfers start periodically.
