Accounts

• Issue of local, interactive accounts was discussed. What should be the policy of Tier2 centers to requests for accounts?
• Identified the obligation of Tier2 centers to provide access to all ATLAS users via Grid mechanisms (eg. Panda).
• Local accounts can be at the discretion of local site policies. For example, it may be reasonable to restrict interactive accounts to members of physics working groups which have concentrated work in progress at a particular Tier2 center.

Resource inventory and monitoring

• Need to update inventories - see TierTwoPolicyAccounting
• Lemon monitoring - virtual cluster information - SLAC will evaluate for potential for Tier2. Q: can Lemon aggregate reports from multiple sites?
