RSV

- RSV deployed at UC, BNL, OU ITB 0.7 sites.
- Work do develop RSV probes for storage elements has begun.
Monitoring: Nagios

- Work done in improving Nagios-RT integration, including introducing a heirarchy of notifications to reduce unnecessary alarms.
- Initial work to wrap RSV probes with Nagios wrappers for reporting into the US ATLAS Nagios facility monitor. This work will be used for WLCG site availablity monitoring in collaboration with OSG and EGEE groups.
