pkgmgr -h
  Echoes implementation-specific usage information and returns 0.

pkgmgr locate [-i] <pkgname> [<platform>]
  Echoes pkg dir and returns 0 or or echoes blank and returns nonzero.
  May attempt package installation if -i is given.

pkgmgr has <pkgname> [<platform>]
  Echos and returns 1 for success or 0 for failure.
  If this succeeds, then locate should succeed without -i.

pkgmgr dump [<platform>]
  Returns list of installed packages and returns 0.

pkgmgr platform
  Returns the current platform, e.g. rh73.
